Can I use any cat photo? Yes, but clear bright photos work best. See the Photo Guide before ordering wall art or detailed portrait products.
Can I cancel after ordering? If production has not started, contact us as soon as possible. Once a custom product is personalized and moved into production, it generally cannot be refunded for change of mind.
What if there is a production issue? Email support@meowbuilt.com with your order number and clear photos. The MeowBuilt Team can review a replacement, support request, or refund option.
Do custom products qualify for refunds? Custom products are generally not refundable after successful personalization. If you are unhappy, email us and explain the reason so we can review the case.
When will my order ship? Production and shipping timing follows the estimate shown at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes. Orders of USD 99 or more qualify for free shipping.
