MeowBuilt Shipping Policy

Fulfillment model

MeowBuilt products are custom-made and fulfilled through print-on-demand production partners. Each product is produced after the order is placed or after the required customization step is complete.

Processing time

Processing time includes preparing the artwork, routing the order to production, printing, quality checks, and handoff to the carrier. Processing times vary by product, print provider, season, and order volume.

Shipping destinations

MeowBuilt is initially focused on customers in the United States. Available shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when products and shipping rates are active.

Shipping rates

Orders over USD 99 qualify for free shipping. Orders below USD 99 are charged the available shipping rate shown at checkout. Shipping rates may vary by product type, destination, print provider, and carrier.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs checks, and print provider capacity can affect delivery timing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking link will be sent after the order ships. Tracking updates can take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer, MeowBuilt may not be able to refund or replace the order.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If an order appears lost, arrives damaged, or arrives materially different from the approved customization details, email support@meowbuilt.com with your order number, photos, and a short explanation. The MeowBuilt Team will review the issue and may offer a replacement, reshipment, partial refund, or refund when appropriate.
