MeowBuilt Return and Refund Policy
MeowBuilt products are custom-made from customer-provided cat photos, names, personalization choices, or memorial details. Because each item is made specifically for one customer, customized products are final sale after the customization and production process has successfully started.
Refund eligibility
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom products because of a change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect personalization supplied by the customer, or dissatisfaction with a style choice after production has started.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the approved customization details, or with a fulfillment error, email support@meowbuilt.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short explanation, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue.
Remedies
For eligible production or fulfillment issues, the MeowBuilt Team may offer a replacement, reshipment, partial refund, or refund, depending on the issue. We may request additional information before approving a remedy.
Non-refundable items
The following items are not eligible for return after production has started: personalized mugs, personalized canvas prints, memorial keepsakes, ornaments, and any other custom-made item.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact support@meowbuilt.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after the order has entered production with our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.
Shipping issues
Shipping times, carrier tracking, and fulfillment windows depend on our print-on-demand partner and carrier network. If tracking shows a delivery problem or an order appears lost, contact us and we will review the case.
