Overview

This website is operated by MeowBuilt. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to the MeowBuilt Team. By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and personalization

MeowBuilt sells cat-only personalized print-on-demand gifts, including mugs, canvas prints, ornaments, and keepsakes. Products may be customized using customer-provided photos, names, wording, style choices, or memorial details.

Customer-provided content

You are responsible for the photos, names, text, and other content you submit. By submitting content to MeowBuilt, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe another person's rights. You grant MeowBuilt permission to use submitted content only as needed to create, process, produce, fulfill, and support your order.

Order review and production

We may reject or cancel orders that include unlawful, abusive, infringing, or inappropriate content. Because custom items are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed or after any required customization step is complete.

Prices and availability

Prices, products, and availability can change without notice. We may correct errors, update product information, or cancel an order if a listing, price, or availability issue occurs.

Fulfillment

Orders are produced and fulfilled through print-on-demand partners. Production times, shipping options, and delivery estimates may vary by product, destination, print provider, season, and carrier conditions.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, and reshipments are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Custom-made products are final sale after successful customization and production have started, except where a production, damage, or fulfillment issue qualifies for review.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MeowBuilt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by applicable law.
